time for a change.

i have just returned from a subaru dealer with a new set of wheels.

i ordered a 08, forester sport with a 5-speed.

i sadly came to terms with no longer owning a pickup truck. i have driven some form of pickup since 1990, and this choice did not come easy.

though i didnt post a ton here, i have come to this page almost daily since i joined in 2000. the info i received from this site was amazing, and made my f150 that much more enjoyable.

the price for a new f150 plus the trend in fuel prices forced me to consider other options, which hopefully will work out for me.

i just wanted to drop a note to thank the host, webmaster, and members of this site for doing what they do, and say i will really miss feeling like i belong here.

Subarus are excellent vehicles. Congrats on the new car. If you're looking to add a little power to it; or A LOT, check out www.cobbtuning.com. Those guys are the end all of Subaru performance.

Just don't get a base model, the quialty just isn't the same as the high end models.

That one will never get old. That was a good one.

Neither will the time you said "just wait till we see you again in the playoffs" when you were commenting on the redskins beating a 3rd string cowboys team and claiming they would beat the patriots .
