Ok then...how about this. We outlaw murder so there won't be a need to use the chair. Oh wait a minute...murder is already outlawed and people still do it. So - bring on the chair!

The evidence shows that electrocution inflicts "intense pain and agonizing suffering," the court said.

How many times do we have to go over this. Silly stories. Ask the victims if they felt intense and agonizing pain. My guess is, they did. And certainly the victim's families did/do.

The silliness never ends.

I agree with a bullet to the head. Probably the most instant and inexpensive way to execute somebody. Of course with ammo prices these days the electric chair may soon be cheaper
