Exactly. McCain is hardly a republican... I may just vote for Obama so the democrats will officially take credit for the failures over the next 4 years and then we can get a real republican back in office then

That's one way to look at it, since the (D) controlled congress is at an all time low approval rating.

I've thought about that as well, but there's one thing you've forgotten. It's always the Republican's fault! After four years of failure with a Dem they will say it is carry over from Bush. We can't win here. We've had a Democrat controlled congress with a lower approval rating than Bush; yet it's still our fault.

Romney dropping out, is AMERICA's LOSS, not Romney's loss.........this country is pathetic!...........They will be crying for Romney & his ecomonic talent, when either Hillary or Obama totally screws up this country! McCain has absolutely no chance in Hell of winning the Presidency!..........

You predicted the Pats winning the SB, I think your political predictions are just as bad.

Romney had my vote also. His financial skills are sorely needed.
Once again this may be another election about who you dont want to see win.

He can still have the desired economic effect as VP. He made the right choice.

I don't like McCain over either Romney or the Fair Tax... er, I mean Huckabee... I will take him over Obama or Billary though. You guys forget that McCain is a magnet for both Democrat voters and Independents. Most Republicans will hold their nose and vote for him on election day, too. If Huckabee doesn't pull a miracle out of his ***, that's the next President of the USA were talking about here. The Democrat candidates don't have nearly as broad appeal as McCain. I don't want him; but, it looks like another lesser of two evils voting season this year.

The problem is that McCain is just as liberal as Hitlery and Obama. The liberal mainstream media has pimped him into the nomination because they know he doesn't have a shot at ever winning the presidency.

McCain is proven to be a habitual liar and a warmonger. There's a reason he has earned the name McAmnesty and the fact he couldn't successfully debate a kindergarten class on economics can't be ignored. The man has no business anywhere near the oval office and you can bet your bottom dollar that should he win the republican nomination, we WILL have a democrat in office for the next 4 years...

Here is a helpful test you can take to help decide which candidate you agree with the most

http://www.wqad.com/Global/link.asp?L=259460

It's not a perfect test but I found it interesting.

It makes no sense to say, "I can't find someone I agree with 100% so I'm not going to vote." There has never been two people on earth that agree 100% of the time. Voting has always been a choice between the lesser of two evils. Pick the candidate who you agree with MORE and vote for them. This is why I'm voting for McCain. I agree with him 75% of the time. I agree with Hillary and Obama about 25% of the time. The people that say that there is no difference between Hillary, Obama, and McCain don't know what they are talking about. Yep, McCain has a few liberal views but he's not as far left as Hillary or Obama.

I hope you're really only joking. What a huge gamble! Remember that it's always tough to beat an incumbent so you will most likely have 8 years of the next president. Do you want to give up 8 years to someone that you don't like just in the HOPE that you might be able to replace him/her with someone you like years from now? That's eight years of policy making that you may not like.

Are you sure it's worth it? I see your I just bring this up because I've heard others say the same thing and this kind of thinking could be scary.

It's tough to win by losing.

This is far from the SuperBowl, face it........nobody is gonna elect an OLD MAN as President! Period! Especially one that is a lying senile Democrat in Republican clothes! Romney was the best man for the Republican nomination period! I will not vote for McCain, will not vote for another Clinton Whitehouse either! OBAMA will probably get my vote out of default!.......

Honestly Romney dropping out is an ingenius move for the (R) party. It'll drag in all the moderate liberal votes from the "I'll never vote for a woman or a black man" democrats, who will now be voting for McCain. Age doesn't matter, unless you're an idiot.

That is what you think, most people I speak with especially younger voters do not want their president representing them as a person from the old folks home who is hunched over like hunchback of Notre Dame! People want a President who has brains, & is intelligent, & who looks good!.........Romney had all those qualities!..............You are prejudice, if you will not vote for a black man.......OBAMA is in support of Tax cuts for the middle class, which is the majority of what America is populated by! Face it, the Republicans don't have a chance now! I also cannot wait to see the look of defeat on Hillary's face! That would be priceless!..............
