Drunk Driver

linky

I don't know what to think. Part of me thinks if you really are that dumb, throw the book at her. Give her max sentance for her case. The other half of me thinks she shouldn't have gotten the ticket since she had made it home. Self incrimination doesn't apply since she volunteered the information its certainly admissable. Either way part of her sentance/plea deal should be she's not allowed to reproduce.

Ya, she's a little nuts, first, take responsibility before you drive. I think she made it easy for them, her bad. She admitted to doing wrong but really, because they couldn't prove or have caught her themselves, maybe a lesser penalty would be a good half way. I called a really hammered guy in once, followed him till the 911 op. said to bail, cops dispatched. Funny thing was, we drove right past the cop station while I was on the phone. I hope that bastard got nailed huge, he almost hit people head on, that's what prompted me to call. What an idiot, middle of the day too!!

i don't know. it was stupid, but at least she was honest about it. she will get off with it here in louisiana. how can they tell if she drove the truck home? besides, did they catch her in the truck with the keys in it and running? nope. i'm not saying that it was right for her to drive home drunk, i'm just saying, they did not see her accsually doing it. so how can they write her a dui ticket? maybe its because they are the law and they think they can do it and get away with it. just like here, a state tropper pulled a person over the other night on the interstate for driven drukenness and come to find out, it was an off duty cop going home that was drunk and could not even stan up. but did not get a ticket. now whats wrong with that picture?
