they have header flanges for the 5.4!!!! great info for someone building a turbo setup....

Motor sounds decent in regards to the video quality. He probably wasn't "Bashing it" either though.

Take the available money & use it as a down payment on a good used Lighting.
Then, you just put the key in & go.
