Cool pics, I saw that on the news this morning. They also said they had to evacuate everyone from the wine bar next door....all the wine drinkin weenies were p.o'd they had to get their merlot to go!

wow... looks like you had a hot and wet night... but not the fun kind

isn't ash acidic? Not sure if it would hurt a clearcoat or not? You might want to wash your truck off ASAP!

PS - I like how the fire is lighting up the water spray in your second picture... it makes it look like the firefighter is shooting a big flame thrower at the building

Just sitting here looking at all the LDH on the ground is making my back ache. I have helped a mutual aid dept. drain and reload 2000' of LDH that was dropped and charged at a training. The rub of the whole deal.... the platform that this was feeding NEVER flowed one ounce of water from the LDH

Nice action pictures and I am assuming that there was just the first company on scene at the time of the picture.

Truck and engine got there first and I was actually down the road so I went POV. So I guess you can say I was the 3rd unit in.
