I hope the interior fit and finish is better than my 07 xlt. I got rid of it, and went back to a lightning. The lack of power and handling was what really bothered me.

The interior looks good and the finish is crisp. The door map pockets look a bit large. but overall the interior looks good. Very close to the 04-07 in appearance, but not yet enough to lure me out of the lightning.

Here is few more shots of the Platnium. I think Ford did a great job here. I really like the square head lamps and how they blend into the grill. I glad they did not change much. Just need a little more horse power.

 

That's not really a fair comparison about the lack of power and handling, if you came from a Lightning into an '07 F150...

 

The handling part of it.....the current body ( and new body styles ) are tanks compared to a Lightning. So your right, really no comparison there. But to Silver's defence, to each their own.

As for power, 380hp from the Lightning. Ford currently has nothing from the factory that matches this in the F150.

DUDE i know! WTF is ford's problem.. 1 and 1/2 days pictures of the truck has been released, NO STX XL OR XLT YET? wtf is wrong with them? theyre taking toooooo long!.

 

So the six speed hits this fall !! It's a 5.4L option .. Hmmm..

 

Yeah, dragging their feet as usual. Oh, did I mention the Bills suck?
