I'm sure you know as well as I do that is the norm in Northern VA, especially in Manassas!

Jesus that thing is HILARIOUS! I would have been amused for hours just standing and laughing!

That's definitely not street scene, that's EXTREMELY riced out LOL.
I bet it has underglow neons too
