Idiots...

I'm always amazed that these people never seem to show as much concern towards the victims of these murderers.

"I'm terribly troubled by the fact that the second drug seems to cause all risk of excruciating pain," Justice John Paul Stevens said.

Oh?....really? Well then maybe you should be a little MORE terribly concerned about the pain that the 3 year old and 6 year old in WA felt when they were murdered recently by their aunt and boyfriend...also murdered was the parents and the kids and the grandparents (which was the murderer's parents).

Anyway, what an idiot this guy is. And he's on our supreme court. Shame...

"You have the right to die with dignity," said Gira Joshi,
Hmmm...and the victims didn't have that right. As far as I'm concerned, when you take someone's life, you lose ALL your rights, including the right to die with dignity.

Bring back the guillotine. And make it public. Make folks think twice about committing murder.

But that's just me.

*edit* Doh! too slow!

One of those corn-puffs that is on death row that filed into this suit is 'housed' in a 'facility' that is about 5 minutes from my house.

I truly believe in an eye for an eye in 99.9% of the cases out there. It'd sure put an end to a lot of the petty crap that the police have to deal with on a hourly basis.

Texas stepped up the execution schedule for many of the folks sitting behind the wall and working the system to breathe another day. While I do concur that errors can be made and that some have been put to death for crimes that they did not commit, I believe in our system and understand the price that many have paid for us to have such a system.

Don't think anything less of us Kenntuckeeuns for such a lawsuit, okay?

They should be executed in the same manner in which they took the life of the victim. Especially people who kill children from abuse and shaking, or throwing them against walls.
