Why should any SUV be based on a truck? Most just carry around the kids and groceries. Better that they drive like cars in that case. I love that my wife's CRV isn't based on a truck. If I want a truck, I'll buy a truck.

Looks like Ford is sold on that huge moonroof concept. And I'm looking forward to the new engines.

The Edge is acually very nice.

Ever ride in a Ford Edge before? I have a number of times, there very nice! Very solid cars, I'd buy an Edge if I were in the market for a car.

Anyone know how many concepts actually make it to the market? Most of the time don't they just take the good improvements and incorporate that into existing designs?

I liked it until I saw the front end.... YUK. But the rest looks pretty good. I like the engines too. Now make a 6.0L turbo engine

it looks like a bigger escape more than a smaller explorer.
as for the seat belts, we wont need them in the future....didn't any of you watch demolition man?
