Vegas Baby!!

Hey y'all I have a friend who is getting married and wants to have his bachelor party in Vegas. We plan on staying somewhere on the strip. None of us are big gamblers but I'm sure that we will hit the casinos some. What recommendations do any of you have for hotels and bars/clubs? If you know of a place that sucks and needs to be avoided let me know.

New York New York is good; I've stayed there 3 times. Stayed at Monte Carlo last year and it was really nice. NY NY has espn zone and a kick *** pizza place. Both are on the strip. The new tram system is pretty good too. MGM I believe is the first stop and is right across from NY Ny.

If its any time when its warm outside stay at the Hardrock! That place has the best pool out of almost any hotel I have ever been to. And at night its probably the best casino to hang out at. I was drinking beers with Dan Patrick last time I was there. He actually bought me and my buddies a couple rounds. The hardrock isnt right on the strip but its pretty close. If you want to stay on the strip the bellagio, Luxor, Venitian, MGM, etc are all good. As long as its one of the big hotels its going to be nice.

Hard rock hotel pool Rehab Sundays!!!!

Here is a good link..

It will be in the middle of February so I don't think I will be getting much pool time in but it did look like there was some serious eye candy laying around the pool. Keep the ideas coming.

The MGM Grand and NY, NY have been mentioned several times and I have found good prices on both. The prices are pretty close, is one better than the other? The group of us doesn't gamble very much but LOVES to drink and go to bars to "bird watch". Would one be better than the other?
