That's cool! Thanks for correcting me, but I, personally, do not believe in the least little bit in the theory of evolution.

After he died, I believe he was quoted as saying "Oh Chit!"

If you are afraid of a Muslim in the White House---(hhich he isn't) it sounds just like the digs the Republicans made toward Kennedy in the 1960 election---that the Vatican would run the country....sounded stupid then, just like now...

There is a difference here. In the 1960's Catholics weren't dead set on destroying our country. It was no a common occurence for Catholics to run planes into buildings and strap bombs to themselves. I don't believe Barack is set on destroying the country; honestly I don't really believe he is a practicing Muslim. But there are major differences between then and now.

He's not a Muslim...

He can't help what his folks named him...

Let's move on to something we can actually debate about.

Would I vote for a Black person? If that persons name was Colin Powell-yes. A man of truth and honor.....but not electable. Obama I have issues with. I have made a living by knowing the real inside person on first contact. You sales folks will know what I mean. The truth of a man is seen thru the eyes. Obama eyes, to me, scream of deception. I wouldn't buy a used doghouse from the guy. Hillary, well, if you want more of nothing, she's yer girl. Bill did absolutely nothing while President and she will follow in his footsteps. Of all of the candidates, only McCain has the true eyes of a man, but he's not electable either. I haven't made up my mind yet and I'm not in a hurry. Scuttlebutt I hear says that Obama will self-destruct as he can't keep his mouth shut when he should. We'll see. While I don't agree with some of the posts, I'm glad that all of you are interested in the elections. I expect a record turnout for this election......that is, if G Bush doesn't declare war in Iran and then declare Presidential powers and there are no elections. Yes, he can do it and yes, I'm concerned.

But you want to believe it all happened by accident? That is a bigger stretch than believing in my Creator.
Why don't you ever hear of extinct apes? Ever think that all the skeletons found are extinct apes and not some precursor to man? Did you know that many of these "missing link" skulls were inferences from a bone piece no larger than a quarter? How can they be accurate? There is a "missing link" for every organism we think came from something else. There is no connection and never will be. The evolution people use that as an excuse for racism too. For after all, the black man isn't as far evolved as the white man by conventional wisdom. But people who know there God knows that we are all one race, traced back to Adam and Eve.
If you don't believe in God, that is your business. But think about this: If the big bang is true, what was before that? Where did that come from? And if there is no God, what is your reason for living? Why are you here, just to turn into worm dirt. Pretty depressing to me.
Now back to subject... sorry for the long rant. But mrs clinton wont be elected. God help us if obama is.
Ok Dude what is your basis for the statement that "the black man is not as evolved as the white man by conventional wisdom" if we are all one race traced back to Adam and Eve?

"Our currency won't change from "In God We Trust" to "In Allah We Trust" or anything like that. (However, there was news a few months ago, to have "In God We trust" removed from US curency... It seems as though Americans themselves are pushing to distance American from it's Christian roots."

It is a very small minority who are trying to get In God we Trust removed. The vocal minority. They almost won with the new dollar coin. Enough complaints came from the majority that they put In God we Trust on the edge of the coin.

Correct me if I am wrong... but the only people on this thread so far who think a muslim is ok in the white house are liberals. Do you realize that a practicing muslim in the white house, being true to his faith, will want to abolish abortion, no pornography, women covered up from head to toe, no women in school, no women working, no alcohol, and on and on. A muslim in the white house would try to take away our freedoms faster than a liberal.

sorry you missed the sarcasim. The conventional wisdom of darwinians is that the black man isn't evolved as far as whites and asians. I don't believe that for a second, and used the illistration how bad the theory of evolution can be for someones agenda. I believe that God created the heavens and the earth in 6 days, and created Adam and Eve, and we all come from there genes. We are all brothers and sisters. That there have been millions of similar spieces that have gone extinct, and that we are as we have been since God made us. God was, is, and will always be. Evolution theorists haven't even begun to try to explain what was before the "big bang"

Using your logic, Chris 1450, Giuliani (sp?) will do away with abortion not on constitutional grounds but due to his religious convictions, right? and Mitt Romney will move toward bigamy, right? Faulty logic, sir.
