Centrum has always done me well. I hardly ever get sick and always have plenty of energy. Other than the fact they taste like **** they are pretty good.

had good luck with "mega men" from GNC, but now switched to advocare products, as they fit my needs better, and work GREAT

Another vote for Centrum. I have never left them in my mouth long enough to taste them though. I just pop it in and wash it down, so I cant provide a taste analysis.

I don't know for sure so I'm just stating what I've heard so don't jump my *** like a hooker in the Red Light District. But ... I've heard that Centrum doesn't really offer you as much as what your body needs, it's a good supplement but you really need a lot more than what it offers.

I buy mine at Costco. Costco's Kirkland brand Multi Vitamins and Minerals. You get a bazillion of them in a huge jug for just a few bucks. Same ingredients as Centrum but about half the cost.

You just have to eat the main food groups. Meat, beer, and cheese dip. That should help ya live. But if you really want a good multi vitamin, just got to walmart and get the basic one. The more expensive you pay, the more expensive your **** will be. You dont need 1000% b12, its pointless. Trust me I work in a gym and Im just as big as all those meat headheads who load up on juice and pills and I drink lots of water and eat 5 times a day. I also found half a asprin before bed works wonders and have been taking one for years. Give it a try, you might be surprised

Orange Triad or Animal pak..... I would think orange triad for you, It's a multi + joint vitamin. Animal pak is great if you lift weights.
