Did anyone happen to catch this on A&E this weekend? I didn't but would have liked to have seen it. The movie actually came out last year. The bible camp blends religious beliefs with political beliefs. Sound familiar? Check out the trailer and some of the comments. I know I would never send my kids to this "summer camp". Would you?

I caught a few minutes of it. Ridiculous. I turned it off when the woman started yelling about how If Harry Potter were real in the days of Jesus Christ he would have been executed.

My little sister was invited by a school friend to go to that camp years ago. She went and even then she thought they were nuts. When the movie came out, she shared a few stories about how crazy they are. I haven't seen the movie, but she says they focused on the craziest parts, and the seemingly more normal parts of the camp they left out.

TOTALLY! Especially when the guy said "Who would give their lives for Jesus Christ?" Is he going to feed them all Jell-O (or was it coolaid?) in the name of the lord?

 

I think it was some sort of kool aid and he drank it first and died and everyone else just threw their cups down after that
