I am currently in possession of 2000 F150 XLT supercab. I am considering buying this truck and thought I would check the forums out to answer a few questions about possible issues. So far I have found the answer to all my questions and think I will jump on this truck. I am very pleased with the power of the 5.4 and the truck drives nice for 90,000 miles. Problems I have found so far. A/C is loud (even when the heat is on) but that looks like it might be a clutch hub and not a compressor. ODO fades in out, found the fix for that. Power locks will not lock or unlock the drivers door. Still looking for that one.

I feel these are minor issues and the truck is well worth the $4500 to purchase. Only body problems are two key scratches down the drivers door. Other than that not so much as a door ding. Interior is great with the exception of two stains and one small hole in the carpet.
