Lets get one thing straight here... *I'M* not doing any welding. I work at a Metal Fabrication shop. They'll do anything for beer... These are the same guys that cut my trailer in half and rebuilt it for me after I wrecked it. And I don't think it'll be too hard for them to fix, they've had much tougher and larger jobs before made of even weirder alloys. I've asked the guys and they told me that they can weld cast aluminum, so we'll see how it turns out. I'm not going for beauty points here, just functionality. Hell, it can't be worse than what it was.

Will do. I don't think they'll be getting to it today... I just talked to my friend (the shop foreman) and he said the boss just asked if they could work Sunday. Yeah, they're not backed up or anything...
