Quick and dumb question.

I bought Guitar Hero 3 for the PS3 along with Guitar Hero 2, but for the PS2 without realizing it. GH2 should work on the PS3 with the new guitar right

 

yes but it will not look as good as the ps3 game, thats about it. probably saved 20 bucks i assume tho?

A super hit stick Have you or ahone plaayed madden 08? Any good? And guitar hero 3 is off the chain as well as COD4

 

yeah i buy madden every year. Madden 08 for pc ps2 and xbox are the same as they have been previous years, cept for a few new animations/moves. Good enough for me. When it first came out i cried that i wanted a 360 cuz madden was probably so much better for it than pc, but after watching videos on youtube of it for 360, the players look strange, and the motions are way different, too different for my taste, thats why i like the pc version.

i might as well bring it up now, but i just found a game that i doubt i will find in ANY store but aside from its idea/design, it looks INCREDIBLY promising. its called the Black College Football Xperience. www.bcfxgame.com . Its a football game for pc with official licensed colleges and players centered around the black college football culture. You play the football but at halftime you have to control the band and do the halftime show to motivate your team i nthe second half. The most promising part of this game is the fact it is on the UT3 physics engine (ultimate tournament 3).

the game may very well be a huge flop, but it shows a sign that there finally may be competition for EA for the football genre on pc, which makes me very happy

Well I tried putting in Guitar Hero 2 for the PS2 into my PS3, and it doesn't work. I'm not blaming anybody here for it not working, but I thought all PS2 games worked in the PS3

only the older model ps3's will play ps2 games
