It's a freaking blizzard!

Was raining all day and then WHAM!, it starts snowing, and snowing, and snowing. Wind is blowing pretty hard and the snow is ripping sideways at a good clip.

Everything got covered pretty quickly, my car's windows were all frozen, and it's damn cold! Supposed to be 10 degrees tonight (it's already 17) with wind chill around 0 and maybe below.

THIS IS GREAT!!!!!!

Had to drive in it and that was fun too! (My poor car).

I am totally bent for enjoying this, but I am enjoying it.

I wish we'd get a good snow here now that I have my new truck.

Congrats on the snow Kobi, enjoy it and stay safe.

He refers to it as "The Hinterland" I believe.

Wherever that is.

I stuck my camera out my back door and this is all that came out:

Not exactly are good depiction of what is going on. While snow flakes reflecting the flash is interesting, it's boring in comparison to what is actually happening outside.

My friend's house is out in the country, mine is in town, so it's not as intense here as there.

Did I mention it's cold? It's not buckdropper™ like lake effect cold, but it's getting close to the coldest I have experienced in a long, long, time.

It's just like when I was a young kobi. Good times, good times.

The sound of walking thru snow is great. A total rush.

Have no fear Kobi, winter just started today, I'm sure you'll get more snow before it's all said and done.

I'd say blizzard. We got 7" or so out of this one. I couldn't believe it the weather man was actually right this time.

I'm working up in Fulton, NY (100+" of snow per year) with an LA transplant who is loving the snow so far. We've only had 2-3 feet though. We'll see how he feels when they get another 7' in two days storm!

sounds like WNY is getting dumped on later today, a foot of lake effect snow with 30+mph winds, hooray.

Here in Canada we recieved 2.5 feet in a day. It is lots of fun to own a 4 x4 on days such as this. I took my lads out snow shoeing and the snow in the woods is just incredible..

It is raining it's rear off right now however...
