I know a few people use it, but not near as common.
Also probably need what version you have.

Corel or Photoshop? If your wanting to learn how to do Photoshop, there's too much to teach via threads. I highly reccomend "Photoshop for Dummies" as I used it to learn the basics of PS. Then just sit and play doing things like rim replacements and you'll learn so much more...but to get the basics, pick up one of the books.
I learned by googeling photoshop tutorials.

ive got corel photo-paint X3 and draw X3 in photopaint at the top left you should have the rectangle tool (dotted square) if you left click and hold, you get all of your marquee tools (magic wand, magnet, etc...) pick which one you want, circle the tires first you will need to turn the background into an object so that you can modify it...unless you pasted the original pic onto a new sheet... circle the tires, click cut to new object or delete alltogether... go get new wheels and tires, paste and adjust the perspective, size etc- voila.

copy the wheels that you want from a website (ctrl+c) and paste (ctrl+v) into the image of your truck - they should drop on top as a new object-
or if you are chopping both parts (the truck and the new wheels) repeat the marquee crop steps to clip the wheels, and paste them onto the new truck...should be pretty straightforward
