I got a question about running flags on your trucks

1. How do you do it? Can you post maybe some pics and/or instructions to how you did it cause I have no clue.

2. Is it legal?

Thanks!

I used 1" pipe welded to a 6"x6" base. I ran carriage bolts through the base and bed, secured with lock nuts on the under side. I used a 1" diameter wood round stock, with quick pins to secure the flag to the round stock. Is it legal, depends on your states laws.........hope this helps.....

Redneck Flag Mount

It's slightly involved, but was a heck of a lot of fun to build. Also, I had to rework the store-bought flag holders themselves, attach them with big U-bolts. But now it is very sturdy.

I'd just pop the rear covers out of my bed rail caps to expose my bed stake holes and slide the flags in there....

My dad made me 2 braces that I could bolt down to the bed. Drilled 2 holes in the backside of each to screw the flag poles in.
