Hahaha... a friend of mine has an old S10 with the 4 cylinder automatic... he drops it in 1st and whips that little truck around.... Powerful little buggers... I dunno how many tires he's been through since he's owned it. I think I remember that he burned out on a set of new tires, and switched them to the front so he could burn out on the fronts so they would match the tread depths. Crazy kid.

I use to burn my 2.5L 4cyl S-10 through first second and third.
There is no weight back there it was easier than burning my F150 off, didn't even need to use the brake or dump the clutch. Just gas it... and if it was wet, you'd try not to spin......... Ice/Snow... FORGET IT!!!!! You ain't going no where, no matter how much weight you put in the bed. If you finally got enough weight to get traction to move, your front tires are lifted and you cant steer....

x2 on that!

I dunno how many times either I or his girlfriend gave him livery service home... because he didn't trust that truck in the snow and ice. 2 weeks ago he left his truck there for like a week, while one of took him home. I got some cash out of deal too. I know.. I shouldn't do it... but sheesh... gas is so expensive.
