The clock cant make up its mind

the time that shows up and tells when a post was posted always shifts from being an hour ahead to an hour behind randomly. I was just wondering if this was happening to anybody else or am i just losing my mind

Edited to add: Looks accutate to me. But I have noticed that before, I always assumed it had something to do with daylight savings time....

It has to do with being signed in or not. The post times were 1 hour later than reality when I was signed out. I logged in and post times read correctly.
