Yet again the world has managed to **** me off.

My cousin is 22 years old, has a wife, a baby, and another kid on the way. He works a construction job during the day and with a new baby on the way he decided to pick up a part time job to make a few extra bucks. He got a job for Domino's delivering Pizzas. Got a phone call last night that he got robbed. He had 2 pizzas to deliver to a hotel room at the La Quinta in Lafayette La. He knocked on the door, 2 men open the door, drag him in, hold a knife to his throat, tie him to a chair, beat him up then take his pizza's and his car. Oh yea...they took his wallet too. His car was recovered like 50 miles away with a flat tire. The manager of the hotel is being held as a suspect because coincidently, the room he was delivering the pizza's to is the only room in the hotel that you can't see from the surveillance camera. The police told him that they've had something similar happen in this same room in the past.

It's a damn shame when you can't even go to work without worrying if you're going to make it home or not. Needless to say his pizza delivery days are over.

 

No kidding! Jeez you would love to get a hold of them and tie them to a chair and kick the living the crap out of them. God losers like that really **** me off to no end.

There was a similar incident around here, but Guys broke into a empty apartment then had a pizza delivered to the apartment. When the pizza guy arrived they beat him and robbed him.
I got robbed twice. I use to deliver pizza in the winter time because there was nothing to do in the winter so I worked a second job. I use to drive a 97 ford explorer Made some money but I bought a old Chrysler little station wagon with a 4 cyl. The tips came rolling in. I guess they felt sorry for me. Thats ok SHOW ME THE MONEY. Poor people tip better then rich people. I would deliver a low income area first(better tippers) than upper class(lousy tippers). Upper class got cold pizza..lol. Upper class would tip a dollar and thought They were giving me a good tip. Back of my mind saying "CHEAP BASTARD".

 

That really sucks. At least he's ok.

At least he's alive. It could have been worse.

What I don't understand is why people are like this. I know the economy is farked up, money is tight, etc, etc.....but why attack another innocent human being because you're a low life? We can blame Bush, their parents, the hotel owner (Mr. Patel - wanna bet?).

I guess the only real answer would have to be answered by a low life.
