Question about Explorer

I'm going to be picking up a 2004 Ford Explorer soon, and I was looking around for a lift, and couldn't find any. Do they not make one, or am I just not looking in the right place? Any help is appreciated.

Roger that, I also think I read the rear axles pass through the frame. Probably the biggest reason you can't find a lift. I think there are a couple people on some Explorer forum that have homemade 1-2" lifts, but nothing beyond that on account of the axles.

We got an '04 in August, but I haven't yet crawled under it to check things out. Heck, we haven't even put 4,000 miles on it to change the oil yet!

Funny, the lease on my '04 F-150 was up in August when we picked up the Ex. It's great for hauling the little ones around, but it sure won't carry an interior door frame all that well!

No, we all think you should trade it in on a new Beetle.
