Alarm suggestions?

I wasn't planning on getting an alarm anytime soon AKA I'm too poor but a couple mornings ago my neighbours car got stolen...
I'm looking for something cheap, but will also do the job. I want it to be 2-way (the pager kind) and it does not have to have a built in car starter. What do you recommend and what is the price please.

This one is on sale for cheap. Let me know what you think.

ProStart 3-in-1 Remote Car Starter (Again, not neccessary) with Alarm

Features
Two-way communication with remote command confirmation feedback
Passive or active-arming programmable alarm
r3-in-1: remote starter, car alarm and pager
Plug-in, dual-stage shock sensor with warn-away
Paging of shock sensor triggers; Countdown time
Chime (selectable melody) or vibrate alarm notification
Door or hood open indicator
Keyless entry control
5-zone protection with zone bypass
2,000' operating range

Thanks. Which one do you have? How is it working for you?
