Anybody else have an idiot for a boss? I do, a couple of them actually. My immediate supervisor is just about clueless about everything. Half the time he's asking me how to do stuff and he's been working here twice as long. Today, the manager put up a memo about some workshop we have to go to (that has nothing to do with our dept.), or else you'll be taken off the work schedule. Nevermind that his workers are quiting left and right and the schedule is thin as it is. I know that kind of stuff is forced upon the manager from higher up, but do you really want to "threaten" your workers when many are already leaving? Just doesn't make sense to me.
