The BCS is a joke.

How can LSU, a team with 2 losses be in the championship game and a team with 0 losses not be? Unfair. Hawaii could beat ANY team in the top 10, period. They are deserving of a title shot, regardless of the "strength of schedule" bologna compiled by some retarded computer. Just one more rational reason why the NCAA needs a football playoff system. It can still be done, and the NCAA will not lose their "cherished" Bowl games.

The BCS. What a complete farce.

Oh, and by the way, the big 12 has 3 teams in the top 10.

I doubt Hawaii could do that. I question how good they really are.

However, I agree the BCS takes the fun out of college football.

"My computer says I'm better than you so HA" doesnt have the same ring as "My team just beat yours on Monday night at the last second with some ref help and some good luck"....

oop...sorry digressed there for a moment.

Seriously, I have no clue why they dont change the system. EVERYONE hates it and EVERYONE talks bad about it but it remains in place. What the hell is going on in the NCAA? It must have something to do with money.

And I hope Hawaii gets their asses handed to them on a silver platter. I used to think Colt Brennan was OK until I saw how much a douschebag he is. He's a BRO!!!!!

Hawaii wouldn't just beat TCU, they'd demolish them.

Beyond Hawaii getting hosed, look at MU. #1 for a week after defeating #2 KU the week before losing to #9? OU in the Big XII game. MU has two loses, both to the same team (OU) and a stronger schedule. KU has the one loss (MU) and a slightly moderate schedule.

After the dust settles, KU is invited to the Orange Bowl in favor of MU. How do you like those, uhm...oranges?

It is a farce indeed. I'm not saying either should be in the championship game, but this is ridiculous.

I hope NCAA will see this season as a reason for needing a playoff system. I mean the parity is really starting to show. Look at the SEC, all the teams are equally as good. That's why they can all beat each other. Why should a school suffer because of a computer? Let it be hashed out on the field in a playoff system.

Oh, but the BCS is untouchable.

We're talking about this season, not the 60's.

You want to talk 60s, they couldn't beat the 60s team from Abilene Christian Univ when Wilbert Montgomery was playing!

I remember how everyone talked about how Boise State was going to get slaughtered by Oklahoma last year in the Fiesta Bowl. But they won it.

Glenn Dorsey and the rest of the LSU stingy defense would have wiped Hawaii's offense out. Before Dorsey was injured from that chop block, they were averaging like 70 rushing yards a game and only 150 or so passing.
