abused? They're called "proving grounds" for a reason.

Just the speed they hit those bumps with and the way they let the truck get airborne. They could have practiced better throttle control aqnd kept a smooth momentum. Course thats no fun to watch , but I could never treat my truck like that and sleep at night

I would say that is how alot of them are treated that are actually used as they were intended (construction, farming...) I have had my Ranger through some stuff not quite that bad before (not so much water), it is fun.

It is a Ford video, they also have videos bashing all the other half ton trucks on youtube as well. Those trucks will likely never see pavement as a private vehicle and probably ended up crushed anyway.

Thats a normal Saturday morning trip for my 2wd 150.
Then at noon get to come back through it with a rink and a half of green wood in the bed.

I see it every day where they're building a new bridge by my house. The guys beat the CRAP out of brand new F-Series trucks.

I dont consider that abuse. They did go through the bumps kind of fast but it was cool to watch. I am sure those trucks will be fine.

Abuse? Are you high?

That is good times right there. If I wasn't paying $750/month for mine, I'd take her out to something like that.... but that's what my blazer's for.

Did you used to own a Honda? Has your F-150 ever been on anything more "extreme" than a gravel road? That ain't abuse, thats just working the truck. If they were bashing the trucks off trees and rocks, yes, that'd be abuse.

My 05 Screw goes through that kind of stuff on a daily basis when I am out working in the field. Probably why I needed new ball joints at around 50K miles.

If driving like that bothers you, you are a wuss and why do you even bother to own a truck?
