Whatever.

The patriots were scared.

The patriot fans who were in the stands showed no class.

We got beat, whatever. A couple bad calls and a few mistakes. So be it. I can deal with the loss because it was great game.

On a side note:

I haven't seen the game on TV yet but I understand the guy who intercepted Boller ran over and got in Billick's face with it. A true class act.

What goes around comes around.

Try to be better then the Pats fans in the stands and the players.

PATS ARE NOT SCARED OF ANYBODY IN THE NFL PERIOD!!! So far the season has proven that, & Brady is probably one of the coolest under pressure........as far as fans in the seats, I was not there, & it's meaningless!......

OK. I'm not going to argue with you over football. Based on what I heard from the PATS fans in person they don't know much about football. They just drink the Kool-Aid.

Good luck for the rest of the season.

RI, your arrogance is showing big time - and I have no respect for arrogance in pro sports, from either the players, the staff, or the fans. This is why I have despised the Cowboys for over 30 years, and why I am starting to put the Pats in the same class.

Pride is one thing - but arrogance is not acceptable to me. I still believe in sportsmanship, however quaint that concept may be to you.

Thanks!, however I cannot account for your experience with the PATS fans that you have encountered in person, that's beyond anybodys control.....

Last night was the first night I got to witness the Pats greatness. It amazes me that at the NFL level, Tom Brady was able, on most snaps, to stand virtually motionless in the pocket, survey his checkdowns, and then fire off a pass. That O-line in NE is mighty good, folks. Of their remaining games, only Pitt next week is a problem. If they get to NY undefeated, there's no way they lose.

IMO, however, when they get home-field secured for the entire playoffs, they have to consider sitting key guys so that they don't get injured for the playoffs/Super Bowl. Believe me, if everyone plays against the NYG, you can bet that some of the players on that team will be out to hurt the Pats players. Too big a gamble in trying to go undefeated nowadays.

Actually hes pretty bad when pressured. The Pats will lose in the playoffs and EVERYONE will flame you! You read it here first. Seriously the Ravens are not a great team (no offense to you Raven fans but they are pretty terrible). But they did play a hell of agame last night and I am a huge Ed reed and Ray Lewis fan ( I love the University of Miami). I am tired of the arrogant Patriot fans. And that guy talking crap to the Ravens coach was very rude and he has no class! I liked when Bilick blew him a kiss though. That was pretty funny. Before the Eagles game the Pats felt unbeatable but I am sure that they feel vulnerable now. They squeeked through the past two weeks. You watch....they will go downhill. They will not make it to the superbowl. And if for some reason they do the Cowboys will beat them!

Funny, the team that's cool under pressure came within TWO YARDS of being beaten by a team that's definately not of their caliber and cracked under the pressure. If I were a Pats fan, that alone would make me nervous. What's going to happen when they meet a team that's of a higher caliber and also stays cool under pressure?

As far as fans, my experience when I used to have season tickets. Worst is the Eagles fans, then comes Steelers. Nobody compares to those two.

We only see the Eagles fans in the pre-season but Steelers fans are absolutely horrible.

Vader, risupercrewman does not speak for all of us Patriots fans.
The Ravens played one hell of a game and almost won it. If they won it they would have completely earned it. This Patriots fan takes his hat off to the Ravens. We aren't all bad.

Stealth, I understand the nature of fair weather fans. I am not accusing anyone of being one btw.

Everyone and their mother would have claimed to have been at that game had the Ravens won. The seats were packed last year when the Ravens were 13-3, this year the sellouts continue but there are more empty seats.

True fans take the good with the bad. I am not happy we lost but we really played well on national TV last night. We showed well for the most part (Bart Scott's blow up not withstanding) and I am happy about that. If people were fans when the Patriots stunk up the league for all those years then I say let them have their glory now.

oh and Norm I understand and thanks. I hope you guys do well, those 72 Dolphins always annoy me every year with their smug smiles. Now that we had our chance and fell short, you might as well win the whole dang thing.

Let it be known throughout the land,
when the apocalypse befalls New England on Sunday Dec 9th,
risupercrewman shall bear the wrath and Norm shall be spared.

So it has been written...so it shall be done.

You know, me being a TRUE Redskins fan living in enemy territory, I see fair weather fans all too ofter. How well the Cowboys have done this season it's truly amazing how many Cowboys fans have popped out of the woodwork. When they weren't doing so well, funny, there weren't near as many.

I root for the Cowboys only because my wife is a die hard Cowboys fan. I'm a Buccaneers fan, we know allllllll about sucking. But I'm totally with you on the Cowboys fan deal, always fun to compare the number of Cowboys shirts you see the week following a game depending on whether they won or not.

That said, before this season started, there were a heck of a lot of Browns fans wearing their gear considering how they did last year.
