Early Christmas present... And a contest

So my mom calls me today and asks how close I am to this town, then informs me that I'm picking up a new Pug puppy for our family. I'm picking him up in a week and a half... he's 12 weeks old, AKC registered, blah blah blah. Here's the only pic I have of him:

This means we will now have two black pugs in our house. Now for the contest part. He needs a name. I was thinking Diesel, but I dunno how that'd fly with the family, plus I might want to save that name for a dog that is actually "mine".

ETA: He's a surprise, so if any of you tell my family, I'll have to hurt ya.

I like diesel, I'm not good on names. My ideas are dumb.

Tootsie. :o I did not have anything to do with her name. Came home from California and there was this little black thing running around our yard.

She's now 8...

Well guess I'll have to look up of your moms name..... or dig though and see if any of your calls from her house are still on caller ID. and ask your little brother all about his new dog before he gets it.

I'd name him Pugsy, it sounds like a mafia name and he has that mafia look in that pic with the tilted head like, "WTF do you want? You don't know who I know, so move on before you get hurt."
That and him being a pug.... it all seems to fit.

Eh, I never called you from the house.. And I'd like to stay away from the cutesy names. One of those is enough...

Pugsy Hurley and Pugsy Maloney are not cutsie names.

2 bad **** american gangsters. They didn't need guns, thier weapons of choice were brass knucks and a billy club.

Call the second dog, "Roll."

Then you'd have Tootsie and Roll.

Too bad they aren't both new... then you could call them J and K, like "Men in Black"
