Sweet! But too bad you have your work cut out in order to keep up with the GC groundskeepers!

Nice digs, I assume that's all your stuff in the house? Time to put up the Christmas lights.:santa:

Awesome place you got there. How much did it set you back, and what's the sq. feet of living place, if you don't mind me asking?

Thanks! its a 2,000 sq ft Tri-Level in a gated community, with 4 bedrooms and three baths. And it was $190,000. I put $50,000 down, and financed $140,000 even.

Nope. 56" 1080p, and I LOVE IT!

Yeah we unpacked REALLY quick. I have two kids, so I couldn't waste anytime. Plus a lot of the house was already set up. The people I bought the house from left a LOT of stuff. All of the formal living room furniture, all of the appliances, the eat in kitchen table and a bunch of other random stuff. So it was a pretty easy move. Still got some work to do, my garage is filling up pretty quick!

Overall we are VERY VERY please with the house. We got a great deal, and a great interest rate, so I cant complain. Ill have to take some more pics tomorrow of the rest of the house. I figured showing the big parts first would be best. Thats what most people want to see anyway. Thanks for all the compliments!!!

Being in the midwest, we kind of get a break on house prices. If this house was on one of the coasts, there is no way I could swing it. So I guess that is one thing I can thank the midwest for!
