SILVER!!!! I bought a Sony Cyber Shot and its silver, love it just make sure it doesn't use AAA Batteries, you will go through batteries like you never thought you would, get one that has a re-chargeable battery.

Second one looks like it has a more "professional" even finish it appears to be nicer quality. The first looks like they wanted to cut back on the finish quality and offer it as an "option". I would chose the 2nd one.
