I'll have a Ziegen Bock (or two) with my Dressing and Stuffing (we have both) on Thanksgiving.

Yeah, dressing that goes on the salad and stuffing that comes out of a turkey.

Naw stuffing is what comes out of the bird, dressing is what sits beside it. If it is dug our of the bird then sat beside it then it maybe called either dressing or stuffing.
Salad dressing is salad dressing, rarely shortened to just dressing. May be referred to as the style, "Please pass the Thousand Island, Ranch, Italian, or even Mayonnaise." because there is usually more than one style of salad dressing to choose from. So if you said "Please pass the salad dressing." Then you'd then be questioned which one. So "Please pass the Thousand Island." is so much clearer and easier. over all a better form of communication.

Stuffing is cooked inside the turkey. Dressing is cooked in a pot. We had stuffing and two types of dressing today. No salad, so no SALAD DRESSING.

Remember that THUNK I kept getting? Well, its much worse now. Guess whos lower unit gets to come apart this winter?

I use a coconut oil based vinyl DRESSING/suntan lotion on my boat seats and upholstery.
