Garage door opener question.

Here's something I dont think anyone has mentioned yet. The jockey wheels on the door itself are available with nylon or some other white colored plastic. If you have the metal wheels you can try swapping them out for the others.

My sister has a belt drive unit along with the plastic/nylon wheels and it's scary quiet.

I went to belt drive because of a bedroom above the garage. With the chain it would wake you up real quick. Now with the sears belt drive it is so quite the dog doesn't even hear me coming. You can not hear the door going up anymore. Two thumbs up for belt drive. The extra $'s are worth it.

Can you post a link to the opener you're refering to? I hate BOTH of mine, and would love to update the openers when I install my new doors in Jan.
