Need help finding some info...

Ok, so my F-250 is in need of a new cover for my driver's leather seat. The bottom half has seen much better days, and it has a tear that I doubt can be repaired. So, I figured that I'd try and find a replacement cover for it. Problem is, my truck was born by Ford as an XLT with cloth seats. It has an aftermarket conversion on it by SEVEN O SEVEN Industries (of which 65% I removed ), and the seats have a tag on them that says "Designs West." I cannot find ANY information on either of these companies. Any ideas on what to do?

Go to a salvage yard, pick out a seat you like, buy it and then bolt it in.

The seat itself is fine, I'm wanting to get a new leather cover but don't want for it to be mis-matched...

It's still likely to be cheaper and 10x's easier than recovering and will look better than just a tie on cover to get an entire seat from a salavage yard.
Then take yours put it in the dorm, throug ha blanket over it and have a couch.

Take it to an automotive upholstery shop.

I know that sounds really obvious, but the good shops will be able to match whatever you have to a new seatcover. Shop around a little-I know of three different places that could do it.

they'd need the truck for maybe a day, and you can get as little or as much done as you want.

Agree, an upholstery shop should be able to replace just the bad panel.

Meh... Power seats are expensive and it still wouldn't match... I don't want to have mix n matched seats.
