what does it take to get to member, senior member, etc?

does the general discussion count? and do you get extra privilages as you move up?

no GD dont count and once your a SM you will be able to PM ppl and send e-mails i think thats all

You can't PM others until you have posted over 100 post and been a member for over 90 days, both must been met.

wow i did not know that i guess i never tried pming untill i was a sm and never noticed gd didnt count

Member: 30 posts...Senior member: 100 posts...PM 100 posts and have had your membership more than 90 days...GD posts do not count toward your post count total...
