Useless Facts

This brought me some laughs. If you read through you there are actually some pretty interesting, still useless, facts that I think most people dont know about. BTW, look at the 35th one down.

Texas is also the only state that is allowed to fly its state flag at the same height as the U.S. flag.
False

Any state or nations flag can fly the same hight as the US flag as long as it's pole is not taller than the US flags pole and both flags are equal in size.

The only man-made structure visible from space is the Great Wall of China.

Wrong!

Shuttle astronauts can see highways, airports, dams and even large vehicles from an Earth orbit that is about 135 miles (217 kilometers) high. Cities are clearly distinct from surrounding countryside, and that's true even from the higher perch of the International Space Station, which circles the planet at about 250 miles (400 kilometers) up
