Freedom!!!

ALL!

I am officially RETIRED after serving 20 years in the US Air Force!!!

It has been an Honor and a Priviledge to serve.

I have but one duty left to perform...that of Life in peace and quiet.

Many Thanks for your kind words!

My subject line in my original post was not just a tribute to my own personal freedom, but to those who made the ultimate sacrifice to allow me to post it today!

REMEMBER YOUR VETERANS ON VETERANS DAY!!! NOT ALL GAVE SOME, BUT SOME GAVE ALL!!!

NEVER FORGET THEM!!!

Congrats!! My husband's been retired for 8 months now, it's weird getting used to civilian life again but we're getting it down. What's going to be challenging is to see how long we can live in one place without feeling like we need to move every 2-3 years!!

Best of luck!

OUT - FARKING - STANDING my friend ! ! !

If I could go back and know now, what I didn't know then, I'd have retired in Oct. of this year.

I want to personally thank you for your services to this great nation.

I'm sorry. Call me a moron or whatever, but what statue is that?

NM - google rules:

William Wallace was a knight and Scottish patriot who led a resistance against the English occupation of Scotland during the Wars of Scottish Independence.

Wallace was the inspiration for the poem, The Acts and Deeds of Sir William Wallace, Knight of Elderslie, by the 15th century minstrel, Blind Harry. The 1995 film Braveheart is based on the poem.
