Any site that kicks you out for something as freaking trivial as an Avatar, is not worth joining.
Any site where Search is broken is useless if it contains years of archival data - akin to a library without a catalog. Good grief - life's too short to be expecting a spoon-feeding for everything.

but im mostly going back for the az chapter, and the friends i have on that site that havnt made the move over to here

I have no desire to spend time on the "whatever truck world" sites. After legal action they took over the original "Truckworld.com" which was mostly an offroading enthusiasts site. In doing so they took a productive site with a well versed group of individuals and completely trashed the place.
Now it's completely dead and useless.
I hope it was worth the money they spent on legal battles to destroy something and make it useless. Then they were even too lazy to cover up some of the old information and pages, which include the original Truckworld logos and such.

I didn't get banned, but I told them that I was leaving and to delete my account in which they never did. It ticked me off that the people on the forum did nothing but talk about non-Ford stuff... and if they did talk about Ford stuff, it quickly turned into something else. Something that didn't even belong there.
So it was just a place to to hang out and to shoot the crap in any of the forums... Like I remember a thread that was labeled Engine Trouble in their tires/wheels section, and it was about a Sherman tank....
I even gave a moderator a free factory CD player... for what?! After I gave it to him he didn't like me.
You be nice to someone and then they just turn on you like animal...
