Tundra has loose mirrors.

From Tundrasolutions. (Cant post link, banned, using proxy)

The dealer has already replaced the drivers side once, and I have an appointment to get both changed this Friday. Just wanted to see if I was the only one having issues. Thanks.

Someone needs to make a sticker that reads "It's a Toyota thing, not even we understand" and stick it to all their tundra bumpers, hell, throw in some extra for the Tacoma's and any other "truck" they make.

To add insult to injury, Toyota has just halted sales of the Rav4 because of 4WD problems.

It does look like Toyota is getting serious with a Dually with a 8.0 diesel
http://www.autoblog.com/2007/10/30/s...dually-diesel/. This is bad news here..

The FX F-150 has not been unvailed yet at the Sema show..

But seriously, all trucks have problems.

...and that diesel Toyota? That'll hit Dodge and Chevy, I doubt Ford as much ... for some reason
So you have a minor leak that is actually a common problem on many trucks, and some noise complaints. They have transmission & motor failures, tailgates collapsing, dash boards fading after 1 year and now this. Personally while the issues listed with your Ford are annoying I would take them anyday over the issues Toyota is having

My '99 had little issues... but nothing where it was going to cause me to get into a fatal accident...

But true with the 10 years statement... my '07 is as solid as a rock and my '99 was solid... and my '00 Dakota... that thing ain't goin' no where... The Dak and the '07 F150 will last me a long, long, long time.

That 8.0 will never make it into a Tundra for production - it's a medium duty Hino out of a 35k pound truck. That makes even a Cummins look like a lightweight.
