Garth Brooks anyone?

Garth Brooks. Kansas City. Sprint Center.

Who got tickets? I know they only sold to Kansas/Missouri and parts of Oklahoma, Iowa, and Nebraska based on your order info. But they are readily available to anyone on ebay now. I wasn't able to get tickets the Saturday they went on sale (for $25 each!), but I just got a pair this last week for his Nov. 7th show (at a more common ticket price of $50 each ).

He started with only a Nov. 14th show, but added 8 shows as each one sold out consecutively after. All 9 shows sold out in just under 2 hours. The 14th show will be simulcast to theaters nationwide, and I think even those tickets are sold out.

I'm pretty pumped about this, based on his televised concerts I've seen over the years this is bound to be a terrific show.

I'd love to go to one of his shows. Why are you sad that you paid $50? I've spent more than that to see George Strait and Eric Clapton.

Ghey!

Y'all know that the *best* country singin' is Canuckian.

Gimme Shania and Dallas Harms, any ol' day.

Barf (er, I mean Darth, er, Garth...) is an egotistical Hoser, eh?....

Me and three of my friends all tried to get tickets the day they went on sale. I had two computers going, they all had their computers going and were on the phone too. None of us got in. They went to the Ticketmaster office to see if they had any, where they learned that Garth sold out 3 shows in 30 mins

MGD, I'm with you.

At first, I kinda liked his stuff. It was OK for a change. Then I saw his show, where he swung from the rafters like some chimp, and smashed his guitar on stage! I decided that I didn't fit the audience he was after. I have no respect for anyone who shows no respect for the tools of their trade!

Only cause I ended up paying double face value, but in the grand scheme of things it's not that bad. It's more than I can say for those clowns paying $400+ for floor tickets.

I know what you mean Z. I don't see how anyone got them ordered online. I sat at the computer as each show was announced and not one minute later did ticketmaster tell me no tickets were available.

I don't waste money on that junk... just like going to the theater... such as waste to sit down on my butt and PAY an ungodly amount of money that in a few months, will be shown on HBO, Showtime, or Cinemax...

I don't even buy music, download music....alll I do is listen to the radio... even though it's filled with an iniquitous amount of commericials...
