Ya i tried that once on a truck...didn't turn out well. Lets seee i had dust in the paint, bugs, runs, orange peel, and the clear had a reaction to the paint That was the first and last time i tried painting. I suck at it and had to sand it all back down to bare metal

I still question the 600+ HP claim.

No need to doubt it, the mustang was stock with about 370hp i believe. $6000 worth of build later....600 horses. The paint job had a couple runs but he sanded it out and theres no problems in the paint. I was amazed.

BOSS 351 engine specs.

Maximum Horsepower 330 BHP @ 5,400 RPM
Maximum Torque 370 lbs./ft. @ 4,000 RPM

It cost about 6 grand for a 400 HP 351 W, and I've seen 10+k for a 425+ hp Cleveland.

Nearly doubling an engines HP is not a cheap undertaking.

Good way to be. If he sticks to it he'll have a good head on his shoulders.
