Gas cap light
Hi all last night my gas cap light on the dash came on, I checked it three times but the light will not go off. Any ideas. Thanks Jeff

might have to replace the gas cap.

Not saying thats what it is, but thatd be my first thought if tightening it doesn't fix it. I could be wrong, it's happened once before.

Mine says the same thing. But i damaged my charcoal canister so I am hoping once i replace that son btch it'll be all good

Yessir - there's a little light in your cluster that comes on if the gas cap is off or not on tight. This is an evaporative emissions factor. It should also set a CEL.

Yep gas cap light, my manual said if driven long enough it would set CEL.
