Ford Motor Co. has nabbed a rising star from Toyota Motor Corp.
An official with the Dearborn automaker today confirmed that Jim Farley, group vice president of Toyota’s Lexus Division, will be Ford's first chief marketing officer.

Uh, Ahem. Going out to lunch now with top Toyota stockholders congratulating me on accepting their offer. They were on their knees with tears in their lil eyes!! I couldnt say no. I am gonna upgrade their Tundra line to be on par with the F-series, finally.

I got free loaners also about 90% of the time. Just be nice and politely tell them you have to have a car. The biggest things Ford needs to do with their dealers is getting them to act like they are glad to see you. The customer that needs warranty work is the reason they are in business, not a pesky problem. That and taking some lessons from Honda on how to work on a customers' car without damaging it, would be a huge plus.
