Good Lord, I hope not. When she became a police officer, she knew the job had some risks.

It's too bad she was injured on duty and that worker's comp did not live up to her expectations. But it is clearly not the family's responsibility to 'make her whole'.

She needs to accept that sometimes life is not fair. Just ask the family she is suing.

Thats such a sad story.......I have great respect for law enforcement although if she wins I'll look at them differently now.
