Happy turkey day fellow Canadians! Got a 25lb bird cookin' for about 3 hours already, the color is starting to finally move into the earth tones! Another 6-7 hours and we should be ready to eat 'er!

I love turkey!! We had our dinner Sat night. It was sooo good. We went to my parents up north. I love my moms turkey! So good.

Left overs are the best. Hot turkey sandwichs are awesome with gravy poured over it!
