People in Austria want to have a chimpanze considerd a "person".

It's a freakin' monkey for Christ sake!!! Let it go to a zoo somewhere! While I do agree that zoo animals are sometimes mistreated the vast majority of them are normally well cared for. Sheesh...people are idiots!!
