So i am driving down the road sat after 14hrs of OT work. I am going under a railroad bridge and all of a sudden i look up to see two tire rims coming down at me, WTF i think and gas the little rav4. I dodged the 1st one but the 2nd one hit the rear luggage rack and rear gate causing over 600 $$$ in damage. I seen the first one coming so i avoided it but the 2nd one wow what a noise, I turned around and went up the railroad side road and got out the .357 but all i seen was 5-6 black kids running their fool asses off to get away. WTF is wrong with kids these days?? i don't get they tried to kill me!!. I called the police and they said "sir what would you like us to do about it". MMM a-holes i said and hung up. I drove back to the local police station and filed a report and it just seems to me that nobody gives a rats azz anymore.. God help the wee ones if i could have caught one.

HOLY SH*T! I cant believe those kids would risk your life like that. I wish you would have got ahold of those kids and knocked some sense into them with the .357 to the back of the skull.

 

A few years ago, some drunken teenagers dropped rocks off an overpass on I-20 going thru Fort Worth. One went thru the windshield of a T-Bird, killed a woman. Glad you were not injured or worse.

 

I've done a lot of stupid things in my time, but I'm glad to say I've never done anything that retarded.

 

I was on I-35 through Ft Worth and saw a kid looking over the side of the bridge, when he saw me he started to the other side of the bridge. I felt something wasn't right with the way he was acting so I sped up a little and he threw a brick off and hit the truck right above the drivers side about halfway down the roof. A little slower and it would have hit me head on.
Called cops, they came quick, (9 cruisers) and said there were 30-40 people hanging around there. Nothing they could do. I asked if it happens often and they said yes but the city council will not put up a barrier fence until there is a death. That is what the council told the police. Nice huh?

 

Sounds as if it would be a little late. All you can do is hope it would be one of the councilmen.

 

I think it was last summer a bus driver was killed by some f*ck up tossing a large rock off an overpass, went through the window and crushed his chest.

 

It happened here on I-20 back in the early 80's except it was a 50 lb rock... went through the windshield and killed a woman. In an interview by phone the sheriff said I have my deputies picking the boys up at their homes now. They asked if they got any tips or an eyewitness. He said no, but I am 100% sure I know who did something this stupid. Sure enough they had the boys in custody with confessions. The joys of living in a smaller community, you know who is that dumb!!!

 

Yeah Blue The first one landed just to the left side of the drivers door as i swerved to the right then the second one hit the rav. We had someone throw a bowling ball off an overpass causing a death not to long ago. I just can't imagine what i would have done had i got a hold of one of them at that very moment. I was pi$$ed big time.

 

I'm pretty sure I'll get into a new habit of looking at overpasses before I go under them... I would kill somebody if they hit my truck with anything like that.

 

when i was a kid there was athis local idiot who did the same thing. threw rocks off an over pass causeing cars to crash and the worse injury was a woman who ended up blind. Such a sin she was on her way to work and now she will suffer for the rest of who life because of some *******.

seems like every 4th of july we got kids shooting bottle rockets or worse at cars on the interstate. shot them at my wife one time. lil bastards!
