When our AC went out years ago, the AC repairman came out to fix it. He turned off the breaker and reached into the J box to unhook the wire nuts right at the same time my 4 year old daughter inadvertently scraped a stick on the brick wall. It sounded like a big electric shock. The AC repairman about crapped his pants.
