I can get gas for $2.78 here in upstate NY. It's been going down around here... I haven't seen it rise for about 4 to 6 months.

But I wish it would be like $1.78 again...

the barrel prices dont matter anymore. Theyre going up but gas is going down. As ive said before, bush could fart and they would use that as an excuse for higher prices. There is a 50% chance of a hurricane/high wind storm that may happen in the possible south east area of the united states maybe next hurricane season, so let's raise gas prices

.....and all the while most if not all major gas providers will continue to make profits hand over fist. Just makes no sense how they keep getting richer and hide that by trying to convince us that gas prices NEED to go up.

Keep on going... I'd personally like to see $85 per barrel, but I'm probably one of the few on this site...

My taxes (Alaska) will stay $0, and and my dividend will only go up.

When you figure out the savings from taxes, and payment from the Permanent Fund Dividend, it outweighs the extra I pay @ the pump.

It would have to be over $5.00 per gallon, with a falling stock market for me to break even (on the price being too high).

At $4.08 a gallon for no good reason other than some execs want a new jet and insane gas taxes, Ill bitch all I want. Its my right, just as it is mine to choose to own and drive a gas sucking pickup everyday.
